Promote Your Talents

If you would like to promote your Talents/Music on Talent Showcase Radio the first thing you need to do is get your MP3's to us. To do this your mp3's must be uploaded to MusicSubmit.com. Once you have Submited your music we will recieve a notice and review your material at that time. Music Promotion with musicSUBMIT.com!   If your music is hosted elsewhere please email us the url where your music can be found along with a current Bio and Song Information. We will review your music and download our selections from there.   You may email us your mp3's at talentshowcaseradio@hotmail.com Be sure to include the titles of the songs and a Bio in the email. We will review your music and contact you if we need further information.     This Artist Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you, the artist or authorized representative of the artist ("You") and TalentShowcaseRadio.com ("TalentShowcaseRadio.com") regarding the use and distribution of Your materials through the site TalentShowcaseRadio.com or distribution properties of TalentShowcaseRadio.com and their affiliates (the "Site") and use and regulation of the Site. The term "You" or "Your" refers to an individual, representing yourself, or acting as legal representative of a group or entity, if applicable. You shall retain all rights to materials provided by You hereafter, including copyrights. 1. Ownership rights - You affirm that all materials You upload/post are Your property or You have express written permission from the owner of those copyrights and materials. You retain all rights to Your uploaded/posted materials. 2. Artist grants TalentShowcaseRadio.com non-exclusive rights to materials - You grant TalentShowcaseRadio.com non-exclusive rights to use uploaded/posted materials throughout the Site free from all fees and royalties. This includes, but is not limited to sound recordings, audiovisual works of Your vocal or musical performances, biographical information, likeness, trademarks, trade names, and any other text or material provided by You to TalentShowcaseRadio.com. At any time you may cease to grant TalentShowcaseRadio.com rights to any of Your uploaded material with a 60 day notice by sending an email to promotion@TalentShowcaseRadio.com. 3. Termination of Services - You may terminate Your TalentShowcaseRadio.com account, thus revoking all rights granted to TalentShowcaseRadio.com at any time with a prior 90 day written notice or by sending an email to promotion@TalentShowcaseRadio.com. 4. Copyright/Ownership Disputes - In the case of copyright or ownership disputes, TalentShowcaseRadio.com recommends that disputing parties resolve issues directly, . Upon discovery of infringement or copyright violations, TalentShowcaseRadio.com will remove all materials in violation. TalentShowcaseRadio.com reserves the right to decide whether to terminate promotion of an artist. 5. TalentShowcaseRadio.com Review and Right to Remove - TalentShowcaseRadio.com reserves the right to remove or reject any and all materials You may provide. TalentShowcaseRadio.com reserves the right to terminate your account at any time. 6. General - TalentShowcaseRadio.com approves accounts electronically, among other methods, it is inconceivable that all errors or inappropriate material will be reviewed by TalentShowcaseRadio.com. It is Your responsibility to adhere to all copyright laws as well as checking Your materials for errors, violations and unlawful obscenity. TalentShowcaseRadio.com is for the promotion of artists/venues/events.. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
